This beautiful Surrey estate, includes the Orangery, a stunning glass-walled room with classic features of exposed brickwork to hardwood flooring. It’s perfect for larger weddings and can accommodate up to 250 guests. The enchanting Vine Room is another elegant space, with tall French windows, extravagant chandeliers and marble flooring. This neutral-coloured space is perfect for civil ceremonies with up to 200 guests or for seating 120 for a wedding breakfast.
Catering
Alongside its stunning location, Northbrook Park offers the flexibility of either bringing in outside caterers or selecting from their list of recommended suppliers, who have an outstanding record! There’s a range of menus to choose from, including vegetarian to vegan options! This paired with the team of wedding planners available at Northbrook Park is a perfect combination! You’ll be happy to hear that Northbrook Park doesn’t charge any corkage fees, so you’re welcome to provide your own alcoholic beverages to toast the occasion!
How much does it cost to hire Northbrook Park?
The hire cost can vary between £3000 to £14,500, which includes The Vine Room and The Orangery. The price depends on the month of hire and the date, with Saturdays being pricier than Mondays to Wednesdays.
Accommodation
Northbrook Park Mews, right next door to Northbrook Park, is the most tranquil accommodation you can find near the venue! It consists of ten cottages, each sleeping eight guests and with an en-suite bathroom! Therefore a total of 80 guests can stay during the wedding period.

At Northbrook Park, there are numerous possibilities for capturing stunning wedding photographs, including the option of a romantic setting for couples to take memorable shots together. It’s worth noting that Northbrook Park does have a sound limit policy which is enforced by a sound limiter set at 92 decibels. The sound limiter will cut out power to audio equipment if the sound at your wedding exceeds the limit. It’s worth having a discussion with your DJ about this before booking the venue.
