The cost of hiring Addington Palace ranges from £6000 to £11,000, excluding VAT. The price varies based on the season and the day of the event, with the summer months and weekends being the most expensive. This venue is offered as a dry-hire only and covers the use of the fully furnished house, dressing suites for the bride and groom, round and trestle tables, gold Chivari chairs, a fully equipped kitchen, and the entire outdoor area, including the South Lawn.

The Palace has breathtaking outdoor areas, specifically 163 acres of rolling hills. The South Lawn, can serve as a location for outdoor weddings, receptions, or a great opportunity for beautiful photos. The Lawn serves as an exceptional setting for a mandap ceremony.
Addington Palace Bridal Suite
Getting ready is a significant moment for a Bride on her special day. The Palace offers luxurious rooms where she can get ready in style and comfort. The Empire Rooms, with their intricate panelling and soothing colours, provide the ideal setting for the Bride to get ready.
Addington Palace Groom Suite
The Wellington Room is more commonly used for the Groom to get ready. It features a refined royal red décor that creates an ideal atmosphere for donning a well-fitted suit and shiny shoes while enjoying a whiskey to calm any pre-wedding jitters.
The Great Hall in Addington Palace
The Great Hall is the epitome of elegance for conducting a wedding ceremony. Upon entering, guests are awestruck by the room’s stunning golden silk walls, walnut panelling, and an impressive French chandelier overhead. The magnificent alabaster and marble fireplace, designed by the renowned Scottish architect Richard Norman Shaw, adds to the beauty of the space. The Great Hall provides a spacious setting for your wedding feast, accommodating up to 150 guests in a banquet setting or 220 guests for a more formal ceremony.

The couple can make a grand entrance by descending the Georgian staircase opposite the library, creating a fantastic photo opportunity. Another opportunity would be the spectacular greenery surrounding the palace!
The four living quarters of the Palace offer the ideal space for you and your closest family and friends to prepare or relax after your big day. Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Longley is the largest of the quarters, accommodating up to twelve people, making it an ideal place for groups to discuss important plans. Tait and Sumner can sleep four and eight respectively, and are connected, providing both togetherness and privacy. Benson, the most affordable of the quarters, sleeps two and is separate from the others, making it the perfect place to spend your first night as a married couple. The total cost for using all four quarters is approximately £2500.

The venue has established partnerships with reputable and trustworthy suppliers, but you also have the flexibility to bring in your own vendors. Furthermore, there is no fee for bringing in your own alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages

The palace boasts four romantic retreats within its grounds, making it the ultimate venue for your special day. For larger Asian weddings with over 250 guests, multiple rooms may be required to accommodate all attendees. During the drier months, holding your wedding on the South Lawn is an excellent option.
